About the Role
The ideal candidate is a reliable people-person who thrives in both face-to-face and phone communications. You will play an essential part in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting leadership, and delivering excellent customer service.
Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner
Handling phone calls and messages with excellent etiquette
Managing consumer accounts and updating records
Performing general clerical and administrative duties
Supporting the daily operations of the business
Assisting with communication and online marketing efforts
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be able to set up, track, and manipulate data in Excel
Prepare and edit professional presentations
Comfortable navigating social media and online advertising platforms
Holds a valid
G or G2 driver's license
with a
clean driver's abstract
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities within an office environment
Professional experience in a business setting
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
