Job Title: Business Analyst with Banking

Capgemini is seeking for Business Analyst
Required Qualification:

• 6-10 years experience in Banking Finance function
• Consulting experience with an established business or technology consulting firm
• Demonstrated project experience for Requirements analysis and documentation:

o Scope Modeling
o Business Process Mapping
o End to end data flow mapping, inclusive of service requirements of dependents / consumers
o Use Case Modeling
o Data requirements
o Non Functional requirements
o Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define / document KPIs and service level objectives (SLOs)

• User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Definition
• Demonstrable BA skills - experience with building reconciliation tools, setting up test data; documenting processes - sequence/process flow diagrams; structured analysis
• Experience of working on Agile Projects
• A track record of operating in demanding environments at large banking and financial institutions
• At least 5 projects in banking/ finance domains
• Flexibility and agility to navigate changing initiatives according to the business requirements
• Strong executive presentation skills
• Ability to understand data sets and recommend data quality rules
• Business design skills
• Complex problem solving
• Experience with modern digital transformation (e.g. envisioning the modern customer experience, driving insights from data, service-based operating models, cloud-based propositions and migration approaches etc)
• Experience with business transformation methodology:
• Business design / business-outcome focused
• Stakeholder Advisory skills (ability to influence senior clients and operate as a trusted advisor)
• Enduring client relationship at sponsor / decision-making level
• Experience of providing and justifying strategic (not just transactional) advice
• Business results focus
