Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Business Analyst with some project coordination experience to support a growing portfolio of technology and business transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a confident, proactive professional with proven, hands-on expertise in core business analysis disciplines--particularly process mapping and requirements documentation.

The position requires a high degree of independence and is best suited for someone who can take full ownership of the analysis function. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to apply best practices, navigate complex projects, and confidently guide stakeholders through the requirements-gathering process.

Your contributions will play a critical role in enabling informed decision-making, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and driving successful, sustainable project outcomes.



The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:



Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Create and maintain process maps, use cases, and workflow diagrams. Translate business needs into clear documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and user stories. Support testing activities by preparing test cases and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Communicate project updates and insights to stakeholders clearly and proactively. Drive value delivery and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and changes. Manage workload independently, adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Project Coordination:



Support project visibility by managing documentation and collaboration platforms like SharePoint, Microsoft DevOps and Microsoft Project. Support Engineering Services projects by scheduling meetings, preparing AI-assisted meeting minutes, tracking updates, and coordinating activities. Liaise with internal teams and external vendors/partners to support project communication. Maintain strong attention to detail when working with strategic project partnerships, including presentation development and formal documentation.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:



Bachelor's degree or diploma from an accredited institution. Completed coursework or certification in Business Analysis or Project Management. 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. Experience creating process maps to support analysis and improvement initiatives. Experience in creating Business Requirements Documents and related artifacts. Proven ability to liaise effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Self-driven and comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects.

Nice to Have

Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline. IIBA ECBA certification or equivalent credential. Exposure to manufacturing environments, Operational Technology (OT), IT systems, or other technology-driven settings. Experience using SharePoint, Azure DevOps, or other collaboration tools. Familiarity with BPMN, ArchiMate, or other modeling standards.
