The Opportunity The Business Analyst will facilitate the delivery of projects by identifying and actioning business impacts. The ideal candidate has a curious mind and enjoys taking a challenging problem, breaking it down into sections, reviewing the information, and asking the right questions. This person must have exceptional people skills as well as creative solutions. This is a full-time, non-remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Responsibilities Develop and communicate \xe2\x80\x93 Develop and communicate detailed business impacts stemming from the implementation of deployed client solutions. Produce reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, customers, investors, and other relevant parties. Training Delivery \xe2\x80\x93 Work closely with the IT team to gain a comprehensive understanding of solutions to be deployed to the client. Support all projects by delivering end user training to relevant stakeholders to facilitate adoption of deployed solutions. Help end users transition to the desired future state through guided workshops. Collaborate \xe2\x80\x93 Work closely with colleagues to understand technical needs. Understand how any disruptions will potentially change a project and affect the business. Effectively communicate with the team leads to ensure client satisfaction, and provide recommendations as needed. Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of related experience

• Advanced excel skills, problem solving skills and a strategy-oriented mindset
• Experience working across various sectors/industries is a plus
• Has outstanding attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Has the ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions

• Experience in a client-service environment; consulting experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be willing to travel
• Flexible to work outside regular business hours as required
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, or willing to relocate.

• This role is a full-time non-remote position based in Toronto Ontario.
