We are looking for Business Analyst with a focus on join our Business Consulting team. This is a chance to join one of the fastest growing and exciting consultancies, with an opportunity to grow with the company as it expands.

Responsibilities

• Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Working closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap
• Gather project requirements and compile information
• Strategically and creatively think about how the consumer experience should work; translating a vision to processes and requirements
• Shaping and executing complex digital transformations
• Facilitate checkpoint calls with various teams throughout the project
• Directly support the Project Manager in coordinating various aspects of the project
• Be the catalyst for driving action and co-managing project deliverables

Show Us What You\'ve Got

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:

• 4+ years Business Analysis experience
• Ability to detail and specify features into user stories and use cases
• Ability to run sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Agile methodology experience
• Process engineering experience
• Salesforce experience considered an asset
• Business banking experience considered an asset
