SEH Computer Systems is looking for an experienced, proactive, and energetic Business Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills who wants to contribute to the company\xe2\x80\x99s success. The Business Analyst will be part of a cross-functioning Agile team working in one or more of: analytics, product transformation, legacy product maintenance and support.


The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will focus on delivering high value solutions to clients while utilizing their experience in the following areas:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Proficient in collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meticulously document and refine requirements, fostering a shared understanding. This includes experience in process mapping, discovery, and providing UI/UX support, including mockup creation and training content development.

Agile Testing Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams through testing processes in an Agile environment. This includes creating comprehensive test plans to ensure that solutions align with established requirements. Proficiency in automated testing tools and methodologies.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Facilitation: Skilled in facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions by working closely with stakeholders. This involves leading stakeholders through the UAT process, collecting feedback, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
