Position: Retail Analyst
Location: Mississauga
In a fast-paced continuously changing world the ability to retain customers and attract new ones is key. Our client is a multinational leading retail organization is now looking for a Retail Analyst for a contract assignment to join their team.

The ideal professional will be responsible for the following:

- Provide systems troubleshooting, process support and guidance to the end-suer community, enforcing best practices while resolving end-user inquiries
- Manage and maintain the central mailbox\'s traffic and volume
- Address and resolve troubleshooting general level SAP, Article Workflow, dashboards and inquiries and processes via the team\'s central inbox
- Coach and guide end-users to address knowledge and training gaps

The successful candidate would have:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively based on urgency and/or timelines
- Strong attention to detail, data analysis, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate to different levels of an organization with professionalism
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
This individual must be a self-motivated, self-starter, possess strong organizational and prioritization skills, and have a passion for learning with strengths to coach and train.
