Job Description

Infosys is seeking Business Analyst. This position is responsible for setting a product vision and strategy, drawing out the most value from a product and solution-oriented changes improve an organization\'s overall efficiency, including process optimization, cost reduction, and identifying fresh business opportunities. Should be able to accomplish this through research-gathering and data analysis, presenting a range of data-driven solutions, and thereafter implementing those solutions and optimizations using analytics tools and technologies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Vancouver/Toronto, Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience in Supply chain or equivalent retail experience.
• Experience in Primary point of contract for business questions about projects
• Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills as well as a positive attitude.
• Experience in key supply chain business functions and eCommerce business functions and operations.
• Business Analysis, ability to gather requirements and communicate to technical teams
• Proven leadership skills demonstrated team-building skills with ability to influence and motivate team members that report to other groups in the organization.
• Experience with executing project governance including change control and issue/risk management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Perform Requirement Analysis, review current Business Process and suggest areas of improvement
• Sound understanding of Software Development life cycle and Agile methodologies
• Serve as a liaison between Business Stakeholders, End users and IT teams
• Perform User Acceptance Testing, create End to End test plans for successful project delivery
• Experience in subscription business modeling (SaaS, Cloud, Bundled offers), operation
• Strong business analytical skills with experience in spreadsheets software and database query; comfort working with disparate data sets to answer business questions and tell a strategic story
• Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects
• Experience of handling diverse IT projects throughout the SDLC processes
• Strong Business acumen to understand the business context, work with ambiguous problem statements, quickly understand business goals and work with users to define business requirements.
