Position Overview:

Compugen is hiring a Business Analyst with strong project coordination skills for an 8-month on-site contract. This hybrid PM/BA role will support the Business Technology Program, focusing on the successful delivery of small to medium-sized projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of business analysis expertise and hands-on project administration experience to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements Management Requirements elicitation User Story documentation Business Process Workflow Modeling Test Planning Requirements Traceability Technical and non technical documentation Workshop facilitation Journey Mapping Capability Mapping Product support design Other tasks as assigned by the Technology team

Skills & Qualifications:

Demonstrated senior level IT project delivery experience with over 8 years of business analysis including end-to-end requirements management; workshop and presentation facilitation; business process modeling; Azure DevOps; Project administration; Bachelor's in Business Admin, Engineering, Computer Science; CBAP; PMP; Agile certifications;
