The position at a glance

\xc2\xb7Understand and analyze the business line\xe2\x80\x99s needs in one or more functional areas, with the aim of developing the appropriate and sustainable solutions that are consistent with the entity\xe2\x80\x99s strategic plan and the associated portfolio of requests.

\xc2\xb7Ensure that the solution meets the requirements set out to cover the business line\xe2\x80\x99s needs

\xc2\xb7Act as the contact person within the project or maintenance teams and for the business line in relation to data and functional aspects

In detail

\xc2\xb7Contributes to preliminary studies in liaison with the business line

\xc2\xb7Helps, where appropriate, to monitor the portfolio and prioritize requests within the scope of activity

\xc2\xb7Clarifies, performs critical and constructive analysis and, where appropriate, compares the business line\xe2\x80\x99s needs against the entity\xe2\x80\x99s strategic plan

\xc2\xb7Ensures that the solution meets the requirements set out to cover the business line\xe2\x80\x99s needs

\xc2\xb7Formalizes the expression of need and ensures it is approved by the business line

\xc2\xb7Defines, formalizes and obtains approval of the requirements set out to cover the expression of need in collaboration with the contributors involved, in accordance with the entity\xe2\x80\x99s practices

\xc2\xb7Carries out or helps with the test activities within the functional scope

\xc2\xb7Supports the business line in carrying out user tests

\xc2\xb7Contributes, in conjunction with the business line, to change management and roll out for the end customer

\xc2\xb7Helps to identify business line impacts generated by the solution and with the development of action plans

\xc2\xb7Acts as the contact person within the project and/ or maintenance teams and for the business line in relation to data and functional aspects

\xc2\xb7Shares knowledge about the area of expertise and provides functional support

\xc2\xb7Carries out reporting in accordance with the operating rules and practices defined for the scope

\xc2\xb7Helps with the coordination of user communities

\xc2\xb7Build partnerships with assigned development and stakeholder teams.

\xc2\xb7Write technical or functional specifications, perform workload, and risk analysis related to these solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant working experience
