Reporting to the Director of Pricing, the Business Analyst Manager will provide timely data driven recommendations to the Director of Pricing, Sales Team and other Stakeholders with the ultimate goal of maintaining sustainable, profitable growth.Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a truck transportation environment and an understanding of the intricate relationships between the "flow" of the business and the financial costs.
• Experience in Finance considered an asset.
• Experience in building and maintaining pricing models, strategies and execution plans.
• Excellent understanding of price-volume-mix variance analysis and margin analytics.
• Excellent capabilities of leveraging reporting tools such as Excel, Cognos, etc.
• Effective communicator with a demonstrated ability to work with teams outside direct control.
• Collaborative and strong team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as lead contact as related to all Asset Truckload endeavors to provide accurate, timely and professional data driven analysis, rate development & customer proposals, including participating in creating business plans around new & non-traditional lines of business (private fleet, warehousing, etc).
• Drive continuous improvement around pricing processes, documentation and tools, working closely with other departments and teams to achieve results.
• Ensure pricing is optimized to align with business strategy and yearly plans and provide guidance and recommendations for profitable growth across all divisions and service offerings.
• Ensure rate accuracy and adherence to contracts.
