Form, Showcase Reporting, SharePoint, Custom Web Utilities, Lotus Notes Applications/Databases, Citrix, JDE E1 (high level understanding of company structure) is required.Job description:We are seeking a Business Analyst to work with the Information Systems team and business resources to assist with the Amalgamation of Client companies. The Business Analyst will be required to lead business analysis and testing, and support other areas of the systems development life cycle.Responsibilities:

• Requirements management approach/plan
• Impact assessment/business requirements for all JDE interfacing applications, other applications
• including company internet sites, infrastructure components, etc.
• Provide guidance to more junior resource for both business requirements and testing
• Provide input to Business Change Management plan

Qualifications:

• Experience soliciting business requirements on large, complex projects
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong facilitation skills
• Experience developing and updating business processes
• Experience developing requirements management plans, test plans, business change management plans
• Leadership skills - able to act independently (with limited guidance)
• Experience working in a public sector environment considered an asset
• Knowledge of existing company organizational structure considered an asset
• Functional knowledge of JDE E1 and/or planning budgeting and forecasting tools and business process considered an asset
• System specific knowledge required:
