Job Description
We are hiring a seasoned Business Analyst to support our Banking Client's Global Cash Management Technology team, contributing to the advancement of real-time payments infrastructure as part of the Real Time Rail (RTR) program. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing payment processes while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Job Title: Business Analyst - IT - 4
Location: Scarborough, ON
Must-Have Skills:
8-9 years of experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and system analysis
3-4 years of QA testing experience
Experience with gap analysis on payment standards
Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
Ability to work onsite 3 times a week
Nice to Have:
Payments domain knowledge
Agile methodology experience
Banking or financial services experience
