Location(s): Toronto - Hybrid/Remote

The Business Analyst meaningfully contributes on enterprise projects by working with business groups to define business and customer needs and to determine strategies and processes which may lead to system application changes. The business analyst works with stakeholders at all levels to ensure appropriate detailed documentation is created and submitted to technology groups for sizing and scheduling according to business priorities. Your Moneris Career - What you\'ll do

• Collaborate with business teams to identify and document gaps, impacts & opportunities to current & future state processes
• Gather and document detailed business requirements and collaborating with technology teams to align on proposed solutions
• Document test scenarios and perform traceability of requirements to application solutions
• Ensure issues and change requests are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business/Commerce/Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of business analyst experience in a mid to large business environment
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies, experience with design thinking, Lean Six Sigma or related background
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to effectively communicate across all levels of an organization (written and verbal)

• Previous experience in the payment industry
