Job Description


Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Business Analyst II to join our client.Contract Dates: 1 yearLocation: Toronto, Ontario (hybrid)Business Hours: Monday to Friday (8 am to 4 pm)Job Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with external vendors, facilitate onboarding and access requests for class sizes to up to 30 people at a time.
  • Provisioning technology - access to real estate locations in building, laptops.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
  • Strong Communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Multi-tasking experience
  • Organization skills
  • Access provisioning/ onboarding experience
  • 2 years of BA experience
  • Nice to have banking experience
  • AML Knowledge - processes and procedures
Personal Attribute:
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills - team player
  • Collaboration with the team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well organized and able to prioritize work
