The Strategic Planning team within CE is a high-performing team of Strategy Managers and Business Analysts responsible for consistent delivery of KPIs and Financial / Capacity management. We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join a highly skilled, dynamic team. The successful candidate will apply their extensive experience in the area of Strategic Planning, analysis and problem solving to drive Program delivery in the Strategic Planning team.

As a Business Analyst II, you will construct robust models to forecast short and long-term capacity plans and KPI outlooks that will be used to prepare the annual Budget and provide updates for the mid-year budget refreshes and monthly triage activities.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders from Finance, Planning, Marketing, Process Improvement, onshore/offshore operations, Training, and project teams to drive process efficiencies and develop actionable insights focused on improving business performance.


Qualifications



You're the missing piece of the puzzle
  • You have a strong background in Economics, Forecasting and Statistics
  • An exceptional communicator, you simplify complex information, are able to tell the story and support your recommendations with data, you bring forward ideas and make recommendations that help evolve the customers experience
  • You have a persuasive presentation style, with polished communication skills who is capable of listening and interpreting stakeholder feedback to understand business processes and identify business issues/objectives
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex and/or ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans
  • Recognized for your ability to operate and adapt in a demanding, dynamic environment, multiple tasks, competing priorities, working with numerous partners and tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge or experience using statistical analysis techniques ? i.e. variance, regression/correlation, Erlang and sensitivity analyses
  • Self-motivation to continually improve models and processes to deliver best in class Capacity Planning methodologies and effectiveness
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office programs and applications (Excel, Access, Powerpoint)
  • Working experience using Google Workspace (G Suite)
  • Knowledge of Workforce Management methodologies and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • University degree and/or 3-5 years? equivalent combination of experience and education

Great-to-haves:
  • Telecommunications and call center knowledge considered an asset
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including experience using financial modeling skills to create sound business cases
  • University degree in Economics considered an asset
