Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our client.Contract Dates: 18 monthsPay Rates:IC: $40 per hourT4: $35 per hourBusiness Hours: Monday to FridayJob Responsibilities:

• Participating in the problem statement articulation, planning, execution, and project management activities
• Developing, collaborating and executing on tactical plans that align to the Risk & Control framework
• Facilitating communications with all partners
• Identifying, supporting and offering creative solutions to key operational or process issues across the broader team
• Coordinate with business, technology partners and controls teams to identify and remediate issues
• Lead initiatives to improve the Risk & Control framework
• Build positive relationships and work closely with key partners to establish the proper support model and offering leadership as needed

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Experience in compliance and controls
• Strong Excel skills
• Understand IT security risks, processes, controls and have the ability to converse at a technical level
• Proficient in Alteryx and/or Tableau is an asset
• Sound analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and \'think outside of the box\'
• Able to connect with a diverse group of partners at all levels of the organization to make an impact

• Strong communication skills, experience communicating with different levels of stakeholders (ex., senior management)
• Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and an ability to collect and analyze data and provide insights
• Highly motivated individual with a consistent record to deliver results
