Acting as the link between business and IT partners, your goal will be to help ensure that we\xe2\x80\x99re building the right products and processes to support a second-to-none customer experience.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do here:Partner with \xe2\x80\x93 and seek feedback from -- different business experts, managers, and teams to help re-engineer and modernize our Claims processesWork with the product design and/or customer experience designers to translate vision into specifications based on roadmapsFacilitate workshops to document current business processes and technical systems and help to identify potential efficienciesWrite clear agile stories that help propel engineering work with the help of the product design teamGuide and co-ordinate the plan, design, execution, and validation of test casesParticipate in planning, demos, committees, and retrospectivesExecute roadmaps based on client feedback and analytics insightsSupport change management planning and deliveryCommunicate project progress accordingly to those involved and/or impactedSupport the engagement and efficiency of the teamAct as the alternate go-to source for the agile teamYou are:Big-picture thinking, with a laser focus on detailsSkilled at translating complex subjects into themes that are easy to understandA true people person and a natural collaboratorExceptionally organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and can embrace changeForward thinking, with an innovative mindsetExcellent leadership and problem-solving skills.Self-driven, entrepreneurial \xe2\x80\x93 a natural project leaderSkilled at building relationshipsCreative, analytical, curiousAdept at pivoting and leading others through changeWhat you bring to the table:Experience documenting and analyzing work processes and working with operational teams to improve those processesAt least 1 year\'s relevant experience as a business analystP&C Insurance and claims experience an assetExperience working in an agile Scrum / matrix environment an assetExcellent oral and written communication skillsFantastic presentation skills \xe2\x80\x93 plus excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint and VisioBusiness Analyst experience an assetDesign Thinking and Customer Journey mapping experience an assetLean/Six Sigma experience or accreditation an assetBilingualism required (French / English) \xe2\x80\x93 Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.No Canadian work experience required, but need to have authorization to work in Canada.#LI-HybridWhat we offerWorking here means you\'ll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
