Job Description
Banking & Derivatives experience is a MUST
MUST HAVE:
1.) MS office- technical excel, PP would be ideal
2.) Experience in Project related work as ability to schedule and meet deliverables will matter
3.) 3+ BA Experience
NICE TO HAVE:
1.) VBA, python, Java
Other Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative who can learn and adapt quickly
- Experience in leading and/or supervising team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
- Solid understanding of regulatory rules and regulations impacting derivative operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to support global businesses across different time zones
- Excellent analytical skills, able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Some software development experience with Python, VBA or JAVA
- Highly organized and well-developed skills in negotiating and influencing with the ability to deal with conflicting points of view and to effect creative and responsive solutions
