Duties and Responsibilities

Experience gathering business requirements to support the rollout of an Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Electronic Document Records Management, Knowledge Management and/or Intranet Content Management platform

Identify and document business requirements, including reporting, data, application requirements, business processes and data flows, while conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and process improvements

Responsible for requirements, design, implementation, maintenance and enhancements to ECM solutions to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Participate in project planning and management, including scoping, scheduling, and resource allocation

Facilitate and lead stakeholders through the evaluation of ECM solutions and implementation partners, including creating RFPs, while providing training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools

Knowledge and Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience and at least 3 years of Enterprise Content Management Experience

Experience with ECM solutions such as OpenText or FileNet is an asset

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Knowledge of project management fundamentals, and the ability to build work breakdown structures and project schedules\xc3\x82

Strong attention to detail, problem solving, analytical skills and critical thinking are also required
