Some of the skills and experience we're looking for:

• Experience in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint migrations and with migration tools such as ShareGate and Proventeq.
• Experience with software design and implementation along with continuous integration/ deployment methodologies and change controls.

• Experience developing and modifying PowerShell scripts and an understanding of CSS, C# and .NET.
• Experience designing wireframes and mockups using tools like Figma.

• Experience in consulting with skills including strong problem solving, relationship building, and presentations.
• Experience in designing and delivering training and workshops to stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to customer service through excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience providing mentorship and coaching to team members.
• A desire to continue learning and developing solutions using new leading-edge technologies.
• Post-secondary education in a technology related field or equivalent experience.

The Role
As a Solution Architect, you'll be responsible for:

• Executing and leading SharePoint migrations and upgrades with the Solution Specialists.
• Creating an overarching vision and strategy to achieve client's technology and business goals along with presenting and demonstrating solutions internally and externally.
• Understanding customers' business and determining how to translate business and functional requirements into technology roadmaps and technical solutions.

• Estimating projects and assisting in proposal development and executing project plans to meet deliverable expectations on time and on budget.
• Establishing best practices and collaborating with other Architects to ensure consistency of our delivery methodology.
• Building rapport and relationships with clients along with facilitation of workshops and presentations of key solution designs, technology architecture concepts, and other demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.

• Acting as an escalation point for technical issues.
• Actively supporting Elantis culture.
