Job Title Manager / Senior Business Analyst, Portfolio & Change Management



What is the opportunity?

You will plays a key role within the Portfolio and Change Management team as it supports the strategic and tactical delivery of change initiatives related to the Client and Data Management Group and Capital Markets holistically. You will lead reviews of processes and functional infrastructures resulting in KYC Policy re-design/improvement of the identified process(es) / function(s) through identification of innovative improvement opportunities, working effectively with the process owners and users, and you will participate in business unit and functional unit driven initiatives as required.

What will you do?

Lead and manage project execution for the Portfolio & Change Management (PCM) group using various delivery methodologies \xe2\x80\x93 Waterfall, Iterative Waterfall, and Agile

Act as key point of contact for all regulatory changes impacting the Client and Data Management Group.

Liaise with various groups within BCS, PCM, and AML at the local and regional levels to deliver on opportunities to refine/improve Policy and procedural requirements related to but not limited to KYC and other AML related regulatory requirements.

Anticipating and planning for process integration opportunities that support business objectives. Creating process changes by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to affected areas.

Participate in major initiatives geared to improving the client and employee experience.

Maintaining contact with key stakeholders to ensure their expectations are clarified, understood and met.

Designing processes and workflow that maximize efficiency, maintain high levels of customer experience, and comply with regulatory and audit requirements.

What you need to succeed?

Must-haves

Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Finance, Engineering, Science or Math desirable

Strong knowledge of and experience with one or more project management methodologies - Waterfall, Iterative Waterfall, and Agile.

Proven experience of delivering client data focused aspects of regulatory change requirements, e.g. Dodd-Frank.

Proven change management expertise and application of methodologies such as ADKAR.

Strong Data Governance background and understanding - including Data Strategy, Data Methodologies, Data Best Practices

Fundamental understanding of Capital Markets trading and the transaction lifecycle

Ability to prioritize, plan and execute work to meet tight deadlines

Strong innovative, problem-solving and analytical skills; a self-starter capable of functioning in an autonomous manner.

Proven experience in reporting to various stakeholders and ability to tailor content as required.

Nice-to-have

Working knowledge of Capital Markets operational functions and processes.

Working knowledge of supporting systems used within Operations

Working knowledge of onboarding workflow tools and specific regulatory modules a distinct advantage.
