We are hiring a Business Analyst Co-op Student for the Spring/Summer Term with our Energy Delivery Scheduling team in Sackville.During your time with us, you will gain exposure to what it\xe2\x80\x99s like to be part of our Energy Delivery Scheduling team. You willsupport the data and analytical initiatives of the Energy Delivery Scheduling team. Activities include escalations process management, escalations analysis, data collection, analysis and reporting. We are looking for an analytical-minded individual who is interested in finding data-driven insights to share with the team.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:We\xe2\x80\x99ll treat you as one of our own and your key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Support the Customer Care, Permits, and Scheduling Departments with the escalations management process.
  • Review escalations and develop a weekly report on root cause investigations.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to identify insights and communicate results with the team.
  • Participate in Energy Delivery Scheduling team analytical initiatives.
Who you are:Working as a valued part of our team, you will have at least two years of you undergraduate degree and are enrolled in a co-op program with a focus in Commerce, Computer Science, Science, or a similar discipline.You must have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with good problem-solving techniques. You must be skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, have intermediate project management and analytical skills. Experience with analytics tools and process improvement initiatives would be assets.
