We provide a highly-collaborative environment where co-op students can learn, contribute and develop their skills working on challenging projects that help make a difference to the workers and employers of B.C.

The Business, Security & End User Services (BSES) department is seeking a Technology Analyst Co-op Student to join our team, where our focus is always on our end-users and prioritizing the client experience. This is a full-time, (4) four-month student position starting September 2023. This position is a hybrid role of remote and on-site work in our Richmond office.

What you\'ll do

As a Technology Analyst Co-op Student, you will:

  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions to understand business needs
  • Research various technology products and applications
  • Support continuous improvement activities that expand and enhance the use of EU technology platform capabilities across the organization

We\'re looking for someone who can:
  • Think strategically when reviewing business needs.
  • Analyze and demonstrate critical thinking to understand business processes at an enterprise level.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation by creating and executing plans.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
Your experience and educational background:
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program and majoring in Science, Business or Arts.
  • Demonstrated interest or aptitude in technology is required.
  • Previous customer service or co-op experience is required.
  • Previous research or analyst experience is preferred.
