As part of StackAdapt\'s Business Optimization team, you will be building processes and technical solutions that help our employees thrive. You\'ll work collaboratively across our teams to design, build, and launch solutions that delight our employees. You\'ve made processes efficient, shipped successful digital products before, and have a bias for informed, data-driven action that ensures we design the right thing for our company.

Your responsibilities will be dynamic - you may be facilitating employee interviews to discover pain points, helping to improve our APIs with our engineers, or documenting processes.

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada willing to work within EST time zone

What you\'ll be doing:

  • Identify, analyze and document business processes, procedures and rules that govern the processes
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Work closely with business leaders and support them in solving business problems
  • Assume the role of company\'s go-to person for projects related to business process optimization and automation, and cross team communication
  • Define and monitor process performance KPIs measuring the business impact, user adoption and revenue
  • Prepare business cases for fostering innovation and implement new enterprise tools
  • Promote a corporate-wide culture of process standard, best practices, standardization, and integration
  • Manage implementation projects according to project management framework
  • Track pending action items and drive them to closure
  • Grow revenue per employee and increase the output of each team without relying on hiring new staff
  • Build systems to measure the output across departments and ensure continuous improvement
  • Facilitate discussions with Product and Technology team to translate business needs into functional and technical product requirements with a purpose to create functional designs for new processes and solutions
What you\'ll bring to the table:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, engineering, or computer science (MBA is a bonus)
  • Strong experience in a function related to business process optimization
  • Product or project management experience strongly preferred
  • Certifications in Business Analysis, Six Sigma yellow or black belt and/or Agile software development processes are an asset
  • Working Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo Measure (Bizible) and any other Marketing Tech Stack.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Familiar with APIs and web app integration services
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong relationship building and communications skills to forge strong relationships with other employees and provide great leadership
  • Comfortable working with a variety of people from knowledge workers to executives
  • Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executives sponsors, team members, stakeholders and peers
  • Proven track record of successfully working on cross functional projects within an organization
  • Experience with internal service desks is a bonus
  • The ability to set priorities, manage time, and work with minimal supervision
