This is analytical work in support of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing and communications systems. An incumbent performs a number of activities supporting the sustainment of digital media applications; planning, designing and delivering a variety of digital media applications, and assist in supporting the design of solutions such as gathering requirements and developing prototypes; compiles application metrics; assists in the identification and documentation of issues and the resolution of problems; creates and maintains analytics across all digital media platforms and recommend changes and improvements; assists in the preparation of business cases related to long term strategies and the acquisition of digital media technologies; integrates information and prepares and maintains a variety of reports and records related to the work; keeps abreast of recent developments in digital marketing and communications techniques and procedures. Performs related work as required.

Qualifications include completion of a university degree at the Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s level in computer science or a related discipline (digital media, marketing, communications) and related business analysis experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and communication processes including social media, advertising, websites, user design and user journeys. Experience with Google Analytics (GA 4 and UA), Looker Studio/Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Search Console and Meta Ads Manager is preferred. Experience with Siteimprove, Acquia and Drupal websites and content management systems is considered an asset. Ability to perform problem definition and analysis related to business processes and systems planning; analyze and evaluate various data and information, develop logical solutions for assigned problems and assess the implications of proposed changes. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external contacts; and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
