:Our client is looking for Business Analyst(IT), Hybrid position in Calgary, ABMust Have Primary Skills :\xc2\xb7 Serve as key contact throughout the business case lifecycle
\xc2\xb7 Assist in the review and inputs business cases for initiatives in alignment with client, IT, and regulatory standards. Including;
o Cost analysis of current state
o Current state process modelling
o Noting risks and pain points with cost analysis and recommendation
o Determining areas of improvement\xc2\xb7 Interactions with other IT teams; Cyber Security, Data and Analytics, Infrastructure, Vendor Management, Contracts\xc2\xb7 High level requirements drafting with main focus on business and functional requirements\xc2\xb7 Mapping out current process flows
\xc2\xb7 ERP flavor of applications across HR, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing & Communications, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
\xc2\xb7 Energy retail, online customer care, Structures
\xc2\xb7 7-10 years of relevant experience\xc2\xb7 Experience working for numerous companies (not just utility)
o This will showcase the skills bringing into clients best practice and ideas from other companies
o Demonstrates the ability to change focus and want to succeed in a quick timeframe\xc2\xb7 Produces effective and professional written materials for presentations
\xc2\xb7 Complies with and influences other project team members to ensure project methodologies and standards are being followed
\xc2\xb7 Strong desire to be a team player, gain new relationships within the direct team as well as external to team
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :. Ability to work with multiple business units, across multiple locations
\xc2\xb7 Able to multi task
\xc2\xb7 Work in a multi vendor environment

\xc2\xb7 Ability to get up to speed quickly and drive for immediate success\xc2\xb7 Proven Experience In :\xc2\xb7 Running facilitation workshops for requirements and process flow conversations\xc2\xb7 Engage the RFP process to evaluate vendors/solutions. Including;
o Assist the business to create scoring/validation matrix
o Attend RFP demo\xe2\x80\x99s as requested
o Work with Vendor Management to ensure the documentation is ready for submission
\xc2\xb7Creation of test cases, scripts and strategy
\xc2\xb7 Defining requirements traceability matrix\xc2\xb7
User stories and use cases
\xc2\xb7 User experience mindset \xe2\x80\x93 understanding the view from the client
\xc2\xb7 Mapping out future state process flows
\xc2\xb7 Act as the go to resource for the business clients to assist them in their deliverables to strive for completeness in the project lifecycle\xc2\xb7 Communication skills;
o Able to interact with comfort at C level management and flexibility to change communication styles to the audience
o Draft documentation for all levels of consumption
o Ability to describe in detail past projects and key outcomes
o Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully to internal and external groups
o Produces effective and professional written materials
