The exciting role of Pet Retail Omni-channel Business Account Manager (BAM) is responsible for driving accelerated growth of the Hill's Science Diet brand, focused on growing the Pet Specialty omni-channel. This individual will be managing the head office relationship with key Pet Specialty chain customers that operate both brick and mortar operations, as well as ecommerce websites.
The BAM's focus is building profitable net sales, market share, share of shelf (digital and store), and distribution in the customers they are responsible for. The BAM will be responsible for managing all aspects of the omni channel business and relationship with key large format multi-store national retailers, supporting both in-store and online execution. The BAM will drive partnership and execution through cross-functional execution, including supply chain planning/management, marketing collaboration, and financial analysis.
The BAM will also stay abreast of the market and competitive climate to ensure appropriate actions take place to drive the business within their channel.
