These experts build relationships with business partners and other groups of diverse subject matter experts and stakeholders (both internal and external) to:

• Plan + Elicit + Analyze + Document + Communicate +Manage system requirements;
• Assess client needs and recommend the right technology; and
• Offer operational and process-related analysis and support.

About This Role We are looking for someone to plan, manage, and lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical and functional specifications that align to standards and frameworks. You will provide technical leadership and work in close partnership with ambitious business and technology partners, project teams and stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage detailed functional specifications. Meaningful work is fueled by meaningful performance and career development conversations with your manager. Here\xe2\x80\x99s some of what you may be asked to perform:

• Expert in developing effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system capabilities and defining technology solutions options / recommendations working closely with key technology partners (e.g. Solution Designers, developers and Architects)
• Define, document and translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirements in the form of user stories or technical requirements package.
• Liaise with testing partners to assist in developing test strategies, test cases, perform testing, and provide user documentation, user training, and post-implementation support.
• Support and contribute to project management activities by participating in the meetings, ceremonies, scoping and estimating of work effort, risks identification and mitigation measures recommendation, communicating activity status and providing timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems to the Project Manager/Technology Delivery Lead.
• Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of peer requirements, solution designs, prototypes and testing output to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
• Support collaboration with key stakeholders to determine solutions, assess impact to existing work processes and systems, and how to manage the integration.
• Provide operational / process related analysis and support to various extents.

Requirements
What can you bring to TD? Share your credentials, but your relevant experience and knowledge can be just as likely to get our attention. It helps if you have: EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• Undergraduate degree / technical certificate or equivalent experience, preference on Graduate degree in area of computer science.
• 10+ years business system analyst experience in teams following Waterfall and/or Agile methodology.
• Leading large scale (Tier 1/2) requirements for complex technology integrations
• Advanced to Expert knowledge of Java RESTful API/Microservice, Mainframe, Cloud (Microsoft Azure or AWS), data lake, and Confluence/JIRA technologies.
• Expert knowledge of banking systems and industry standards, bonus if previous work in a fraud line of business.
• Expert understanding of both Agile and SLDC delivery methodologies.
• Expert in business process and data mapping.
• Significant experience acting as a subject matter expert and consultant.
• Substantial involvement working with external vendors; preference given to work on FICO\xe2\x80\x99s Decision Management application.
• Excellent communication skills, including group facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, learn quickly, and guide other team members within the area of expertise.
• Capable of conducting peer reviews on technical requirements and building baselines for the requirements practice.
• Nice to have: knowledge of current fraud systems and applications supported by the team including system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows, and business rules.
• Consider as an asset: Knowledge of personal/business banking, credit cards, Payment systems
