We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Specialist to join our team.

Customer service is the most important part! Must be great with customers!!

This role involves food preparation, walking guests thru building their Burrito and ensuring a high standard of sanitation and food safety. The Specialist will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our customers while efficiently managing operations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the POS system (Dont worry its easy!!) Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Learn the menu and flavours so you can offer suggestions and enhance the customer experience. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and workstations at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Skills

Like to learn! Enjoy food! Love talking to guests! Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations would be good but we can teach! Previous burrito style or fast food experience is highly desirable, but again, we teach! Understanding of sanitation standards to maintain a clean work environment.

Must live in Medicine Hat

High school level of english reading, writing and speaking.

Looking for Full time, part time and temp work.

Pay starts at $15/hr . Raises are regular. Promotions available. Some staff make over $20/hr.
