As a Burrito Maestro, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. You will be responsible for food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Duties

Prepare and assemble burritos and other menu items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering any questions about the menu. Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Monitor food safety practices throughout food preparation and serving processes. Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and notifying management of low stock levels. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.

Skills

Strong food preparation skills with knowledge of food handling techniques. Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred. Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely service during peak hours. Background in food service or restaurant experience is highly desirable. Proficient in cashiering with a solid understanding of cash handling procedures. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations in the kitchen environment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in serving food in a restaurant or similar environment is a plus.
