Duties:

Greet customers warmly and ensure a friendly dining experience. Take customer orders accurately and handle payments. Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions about ingredients or meal customization. Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas. Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly. Prepare burgers, fries, and other menu items following recipes and quality standards. Ensure all food is cooked and presented to meet quality expectations. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards. Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and prep stations safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order delivery. Manage waste reduction through proper portioning and storage of ingredients.
Experience:

Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment is preferable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations. Comfortable working as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a dynamic environment.
