As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards of our restaurant. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Skills

Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated. Basic kitchen skills, including food preparation techniques.
