As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. Duties
Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions efficiently.
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, following food safety guidelines.
Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
Requirements
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- looking for a fulltime grill opener shifts are 7am-3pm, 5 days a week, incudes putting away the truck orders 3 times weekly. Must be able to lift heavy boxes up to 50lbs.
- looking for a breakfast team member that is able to get to restaurant on their own for 530am, as there are no buses available. Shifts will vary from 530am-2pm to 830am-5pm.
