Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales & Service Associate to join our team at the Bullfrog Spas Dartmouth showroom. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting customers in-store, and supporting our sales and service departments.

Key Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and assist customers with general inquiries.

Input and process warranty claims accurately.

Order parts and maintain chemical inventory, including stock counts.

Perform basic water testing and provide customers with printed analysis and recommendations.

Top up water in display spas and ensure proper water balance.

Learn and maintain product knowledge of the Bullfrog Spa Series (M, A, STIL, X, and Swim) -- including advantages over competitors, trim levels, and feature options from Choice to Select.

Greet and assist walk-in customers when other team members are occupied.

Sell chemicals and accessories to retail customers.

Keep the showroom, washrooms, and office clean and organized.

Pick up supplies as needed for the showroom or office.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable learning technical product information and explaining it to customers.

Basic computer skills for data entry and order processing.

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.

A positive attitude and professional appearance.

Familiarity with hot tubs, pools, or outdoor living products is an asset (training provided).
