Are you a self-starter with skills and experience to maintain building operations, pool and equipment? As a Building Operator Lead, you will ensure that the facility is well maintained to meet our members\xe2\x80\x99 needs. You have a natural mechanical inclination and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Why work at the Y?

- Demonstrated experience in general mechanical maintenance and repairs
- Basic HVAC and plumbing knowledge
- Experience working with and directing contract service providers
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Perform budget management, purchase equipment and supplies and various
- administrative duties
- 2-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in skilled trades and/or building maintenance
- Strong customer service, communication and Interpersonal skills
- Emergency First Aid and CPR C (can provide in house)
- Pool Operators Certification and experience*
- Scissor Lift Operator*
