Job Summary

We are seeking a

skilled and reliable Handyman/Cleaner

to join our team at a condo building.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and customer service, with the ability to independently manage a variety of repair and upkeep tasks. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the building remains safe, clean, and fully operational at all times.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and fixtures Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring attention or repair Fabricate and install components as needed to ensure full functionality Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including materials used and time spent Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and provide effective solutions Handle minor drywall, wallpaper, and painting jobs Perform some cleaning duties as required

Qualifications

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on repair and installation experience Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in English is required Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle Must live within a 20-minute drive of the condo building

Pay: $21.50 per hour
