Acoustical and Total Cleaning Services Co. Is looking for a building maintenance technician to perform a variety of duties in their facility in Beaumont, AB

Day Shift - 7:00am-3:30 pm

Power Engineer 5th Class Certification required

Some duties include:

- 2 times per day maintenance checks on boiler system

-checking HVAC and air mover systems

-minor repair of appliances

- minor repair of furniture, or building furniture, as needed

-set up and take down of events as needed

- maintaining building cleanliness through janitorial duties such as:

sweeping and washing floors vacuuming carpeted areas sanitizing of bathrooms-refilling soap and paper dispensers sanitizing of kitchen spaces - refilling soap and paper dispensers sanitizing of desks, chairs, counters, cabinets, sheving garbage removal and replace liners recycle removal as needed cleaning of all interior glass and partition glass
-other duties as needed

Clear criminal record check is required - Vulnerable sector check is required
