Building Handyman
Job Description
We are looking for independent people who are not afraid to work alone.
You will be reporting to the building manager. You must be able to drive.
Your job is to pick up garbage, clean windows, change garbage bags, remove debris, blower snow in the winter time, and anything else we require. Additional things include making handyman repairs around the buildings. You will be working outdoors and indoors.
You must drive and have access to a vehicle. We will compensate you for milage. After probation period you will be given a company Car to drive.
No experience necessary, great starting position if you'd like to become a building operator.
Knowledge of handyman skills a plus.
Hours are flexible. Must work 8 hour shift per day, but start time and end time is flexible.
You will report on daily activities using a smart phone and reporting system. Must be comfortable using a smart phone.
