Job Details
The Building Caretaker is responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable building, both inside and outside, on a daily basis, but will also support building operations and assist with administrative tasks.
Available Shift:
Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Responsibilities and Duties:
Clean the common areas of the building. Assist in building move-ins / move-outs. Complete building security inspections. Program enter-phone codes and fobs. Report building issues in writing. Assist first responders and execute emergency protocol. Facilitate trades and general handyman tasks. Other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills Be reliable and punctual. Friendly, customer-focused attitude. Able to lift 20 lbs and climb a 5ft ladder Able to use cleaning equipment and chemicals. Open to clean light biohazard waste. Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and online tools Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and products
