About the Role:
You'll be responsible for:
Maintaining lawns, garden areas, and walkways Performing light repairs and general maintenance Conducting regular safety and building checks Coordinating with contractors and service providers Assisting with move-ins and move-outs Supporting the strata council with bylaw enforcement and building upkeep
