Farmer Jane Cannabis Co. is looking for its newest budtender/key lead hybrid for our Southdale location in Winnipeg, MB! Join our team in building an engaging and rewarding culture in an exciting industry. We are looking for a dedicated, charismatic employee to be our newest budtender who can provide the most outstanding customer service and product awareness to our customers. Training will be provided to the right candidate who bring the desire to learn and the right attitude. The qualified candidate should also possess a strong work ethic and some cash handling knowledge or experience. In this heavily regulated industry, compliancy to internal and external regulations and procedures must always be kept top of mind. Role and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Providing and fostering outstanding customer service \xc2\xb7 Extensive and ongoing product knowledge \xc2\xb7 Maintaining a clean and safe store environment \xc2\xb7 Promoting and maintaining a positive and compliant workplace \xc2\xb7 Inventory monitoring \xc2\xb7 Proper and effective cash handling and reporting \xc2\xb7 Verifying proper paperwork, documentation and ID for customers \xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Expected start date: 2023-04-17
- Retail and customer service experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
- Must be comfortable discussing recreational cannabis
- Pre-Employment Background Check and a Smart Choices training certificate
