Job Description

We are looking for new hires between the Nanaimo St and Kingsway locations.

BUDTENDER

- Budtenders will be expected to perform daily operational tasks such as cash management, sales, fulfilling online orders, answering customer phone calls, fielding customer complaints and concerns, and general cleaning and upkeep of the store.

- Previous cannabis knowledge and retail experience is an asset but we are willing to work with applicants to further their education if they have the drive to learn.

- All BC Retail Cannabis workers are required to have valid "Selling-it Right" as well as photo ID and must be 19 years of age or older to apply for work within the industry.

- Store hours are 9am-9pm Sun-Thurs and 9am-11pm Fri-Sat

KEY HOLDER

- Key Holders will be expected to open/close the store and perform all subsequent duties as well as perform daily operational tasks such as advanced cash management, sales, fulfilling online orders, answering customer phone calls fielding customer complaints and concerns, and general cleaning and upkeep of the store.

- Previous cannabis knowledge and retail experience is a must as key holders will be the pillars of the team and will be expected to offer guidance to the budtenders when needed.

- All BC Retail Cannabis workers are required to have valid "Selling-it Right" as well as photo ID and must be 19 years of age or older to apply for work within the industry.

- Store hours are 9am-11pm Mon-Sun (Shifts will primarily be in the evenings from 4pm-11pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 26 - 36 per week
