Job Type: Part-Time Position (28 hours)

Shift:

Thursday-Sunday, 9am-4pm
What We're Looking For:

A people-person with strong customer service experience (retail or hospitality/serving preferred) Reliable and punctual, with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Passion for cannabis and willingness to learn
Requirements:

Valid Selling It Right certificate (required) Valid government-issued ID proving age 19+ Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor Cannabis product knowledge is a bonus -- training will be provided
Duties Include:

Customer Service

Greet and assist customers in-store Provide knowledgeable and friendly product recommendations Ensure accuracy at the point of sale Uphold a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers
Store Operations

Open the store Maintain store cleanliness and organization Restock inventory and manage recycling/garbage
