Seeking Budtenders for Our Inviting New Store High Bar Cannabis has been open for a year and growing. We are seeking experienced Budtenders to be part of the High Bar team and journey with us as we make a big impact on cannabis retail in Calgary, and beyond. Budtender(s) (Full-Time and Part-Time) Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis
- Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products
- Processing customers\' payments using the dispensary\'s Point of Sale (POS) system
- Checking customers\' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age
- Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked
- Ensuring that the dispensary is clean, and well-organized at all times
- Qualified Cannabis Worker (QCW) Certification
- Minimum 1 year of budtender experience or equivalent
- Up-to-date knowledge of new cannabis products on the market
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
