Role: BSA - Cards and Lending (Commercial Banking) Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid Duration- Full time / Contract, long term Responsibilities Business functional support experience Should have used Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow/ITSM), Jira for user stories Good understanding of digital apps (i.e. App which are on Mobile platform (iOS, Android based). Proficient in Client Communications Can collaborate with various teams App Dev Team , Product Owners and Production Support Should be able to generate and Publish Knowledge Articles Own, assign and take care of production tickets Perform Application PIV sometimes after business hours Understanding of database queries (SQL, MongoDB) Thanks & regards, ANA Apptoza Inc.
