As CENTUM continues to grow, we are expanding our recruitment team to connect talented mortgage brokers and mobile mortgage specialists with CENTUM offices and teams across the country.
About the Role
The Broker Recruitment Associate supports CENTUM's national growth strategy by identifying, engaging, and onboarding licensed mortgage brokers and mobile mortgage specialists into our network. Reporting to the Vice President, Growth & Development, you'll help drive network expansion, build relationships with top talent, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
This role combines recruitment, relationship-building, and sales acumen -- ideal for a driven individual looking to grow their career in the mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage mortgage brokers, licensed agents, and mobile mortgage specialists interested in joining CENTUM's national network.
Conduct direct outreach through LinkedIn, industry events, and licensing programs.
Screen candidates, coordinate introductions with CENTUM office owners and team leaders, and support onboarding.
Manage postings across joincentum.ca, Indeed, and social media platforms.
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting using Zoho CRM.
Coordinate communication and reporting using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Office 365.
Report progress and performance metrics to the VP of Growth & Development.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or financial services (mortgage or banking experience preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 in a Windows environment.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Compensation
Base Salary: $45,000 annually, plus performance-based incentive.
