Luxx Nova Bridal is a bridal shop based in Downtown Vancouver. We proudly carry an exclusive selection of wedding gowns by top European designers. Our mission is to help our brides find their unique style by carrying a great selection of unique wedding gowns for those who are ready to find something different and are prepared to stand out. We work by appointment only providing intimate and personalised bridal shopping experience.

REQUIREMENTS

We're seeking Part and Full-Time Bridal consultants to join the Luxx Nova team! If you love fashion and have a passion for customer service with weekend availability then we want to hear from you. ????????

High levels of customer service and listening skills are essential. Retail sales/customer service experience is required. Bridal experience is preferred, but not required, however an eye for detail and an interest in fashion/bridal fashion are essential requirements.

Successful candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes daytime, evening, weekend and holiday hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing high levels of brides' satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Working closely with our brides and creating an exceptional personalized shopping experience
Guiding brides through the dress ordering process from start to finish
Answering phone and email inquiries
Making pre-calls for upcoming appointments
Following up with brides after their appointment
Welcoming customers to the store and answering their questions
Achieving monthly sales goals
"Going the extra mile" to drive sales
Processing POS (point of sale) purchases
Cross-selling products
Recommending ways to improve sales (e.g. suggesting new styles and designers, planning marketing activities)
Steaming dresses and veils
Handling inventory and stock
Maintaining a clean and organized store environment by vacuuming the floor, and performing basic cleaning tasks.

COMPENSATION

Bi-weekly salary + sales commission. Wage is negotiable depending on experience.
