A successful bridal consultant is the glue between the vision and the reality. They are someone who is capable of listening with the intention of understanding versus responding. They bring warmth to the team and the customers with their enthusiasm, professionalism, and charisma. Understanding that experience is the top priority, this consultant has a passion for people.

AV Bridal is looking for a sales consultant with experience in the industry to join our team. The successful candidate will look forward to:

- Working in a team-oriented environment - Maintain stores appearance, set up displays and merchandising, assist with setting up promotions and events, accurately complete sales transactions, and helping each other when in need of assistance.

- Targeted sales goals and quotas - Effectively achieve personal sales targets for the store, help lead by example on sales and product knowledge to provide the highest level of customer service.

- Building a rapport with our brides and their families - Listen and understand their wants and needs. Put the pieces together to find their dream dress!

- Do what you do best - Style our brides to feel their best! Provide ample knowledge and excitement about current bridal trends and styles.

- Be their confidant - give honest and encouraging feedback on fit and be their guide throughout the process.

- Building a career utilizing your entrepreneurial skills - Building and keeping a strong clientele to ensure referrals and success in the business.

Previous experience selling bridal gowns preferred. To thrive in the bridal industry, our ideal candidate has passion for bridal and loves to help people. The weekends are a very fast paced environment, and we need someone who can multitask, work independently, and work well under pressure.

Qualifications:



Minimum of 2 years in the bridal retail or service-related industry Strong communication and written skills in English Strong organizational skills Computer literate Flexible Schedule - Part-time 2-3 shifts a week. Full-time 4-5 shifts a week (Weekends are required) Able to lift a minimum of 15lbs.

Pay: $38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
