one on one appointments, providing memorable experiences and generating sales

Hours:

Friday - Sunday, weekend availability required

In the bridal consultant role, your job goes further than just helping brides "say yes to the dress". As fun as the show is to watch, this job is the reality of the experience and is much more in depth than just what you see on TV. From the very start of the experience when they make their appointment, to the final pick up of the gown and everything in between, you are the bride's resource and touch point until they say I do! You are the one they will work directly with in the search to find the dress of their dreams and then throughout the entire process thereafter.

List of Responsibilities May Include:



Sell Wedding Gowns and Accessories Create Memorable/Uplifting Shopping Experience Asking your brides to leave us a 5-star google review Build rapport and follow up with Brides Pre Appointment Calls to your brides before their appointment Maintain shop appearance Bridal industry knowledge, including: silhouette, gown designers, fabrics, competitors and terminology Use Bridal Live to manage customer records and invoicing Participate in content creation Coach New Consultants on Company Standard and Performance Use coaching to excel into the Bridal Expert Role within 3 to 6 months

What does success look like in your role?



$250+ Sales Per Hour 40% Conversion Rate (minimum: 30%, target 40% stretch 50%) 80% of your brides served leave us a 5-star google review 2 Units per Transaction (1. Gowns and 2. Accessories, ex: Veils, headpieces, shapewear, Jewelry, etc) 1:5 Bridal Comeback Ratio
60% Bridal Comeback Conversion (how many brides you booked a come back appointment with and sold a wedding dress to)
